How to Manage Sales Opportunities

In a sales environment, sales opportunities are where the magic happens. In netric, Opportunities represent a possible business transaction or deal. We recommend creating opportunities and using them to keep yourself and/or your sales team on task as you walk through the sales process.

To create a new opportunity:

  1. Go to the CRM application
  2. Find and open the customer with whom you may be doing business, if new then create the new customer and save changes.
  3. Once in the customer record click on the "Opportunities" tab and click "New Opportunity"
  4. Fill in the values and click Save and Close.

Work with my opportunities:

To see all your current open opportunities click on "Opportunities" in the CRM application.
