Organization vs Person

Organizations are used for generic customer containers like a company, group, or family.

Person are individuals and may be associated with multiple accounts if needed.

In common CRM virnacular an Organization is an "account" in other CRMs and a Person is the same as a "contact."

We opted to call these organizations and people rather than accounts and contacts because that's precisely what they are and in designing rich use experiences we tend to try err on the side of human readable terminology rather than convention. This may alienate some CRM professionals, but we believe the rest of us will appreciate the more commonsense nomenclature.
