Done. I used your team roster and the Halcyon Trail project. Everything is assigned and on the board, and I'll check back with you Friday.
The work operating system for builders, not bureaucracy.
Get your week back. Netric replaces the status meetings, the update chains and the six disconnected tools with one place to work, and AI agents that handle the coordinating, safely, inside your permissions.
30-day free trial · $29 per user per month · Every module and every agent included
Sound familiar?
Work shouldn't feel like this.
“My calendar is wall-to-wall status meetings.”
Agents summarize the thread and post the update, so the meeting can go.
Run projects without the status meeting“I'm making decisions about culture based on yet another survey last quarter that most people ignored.”
A private weekly coach for every person gives you the truth every month, without names.
See how leaders stay close“Every decision climbs three layers and comes back a week late.”
Designers, deciders and builders work in one place, and agents carry the context between them.
Read why we built Netric“Everyone said AI would make us more productive at work. All I got was a really expensive chatbot and a security nightmare.”
Agents built into every tool and held to your permissions. No harness to build, no credentials to share.
Meet agents that actually work at workWhy Netric
Blame the layers, not the people in them.
Status meetings, approval chains and decision trees exist because context could not move fast enough on its own. Good managers end up as human routers, and the layers breed soul-crushing politics that make everyone miserable and pull people away from building value, innovating and creating beautiful solutions. Netric changes all that. It moves the context for you, so managers can lead and builders can build.
Before The pyramid
Information climbs the ladder as status updates and comes back down as decisions, days later. Every layer exists to coordinate the layer below it.
With Netric The network
Designers, deciders and builders talk directly. Agents carry context between them, turn decisions into tasks and keep everyone current, so nobody has to sit in a meeting to find out what happened.
Built for agents
Yesterday's tools were designed for people clicking screens. Agents need something else.
You've seen the demos. Then you tried to bring agents to work: a custom harness held together with scripts, a Mac mini in a closet running on someone's credentials, API keys in a spreadsheet, and copy-pasting between a chatbot and the tools where the work actually lives. Legacy tools were designed for people clicking screens, so every agent bolted onto them is either useless or dangerous. Netric was rebuilt with agentic operation as a first-class design principle. No harness to build, no credentials to share.
Legacy stack A bot bolted onto six tools
- Runs as a human user, with that person's full access and none of their judgment.
- Reads chat in one tool, tasks in another, customers in a third, and understands none of them together.
- Leaves no trace in the records it changes. Nobody can tell what the agent did or why.
- Stitched together with connectors that break, sync late and leak data between vendors.
More automation on top of the same disconnected design. The seams are exactly where things go wrong.
Netric Agents as a design principle
- An agent acting as itself is a real user, with its own identity, inbox, email, groups and permissions.
- Chat, work, schedule, knowledge, customers and mail share one data model, so an agent understands all of it at once.
- An agent acting for a person can only do what that person could do. Automation never becomes a way around permissions.
- Agents run inside Netric by default. Remote agents are your choice, connect securely, and are governed by the same permissions.
Humans and agents working in the same system, under the same rules, with the same context. That is the foundation 10× is built on.
The tour
Every tool a team needs. One ecosystem, one login, one truth.
Each module is a first-class part of the same system, so a decision in chat becomes a task, the task shows up on the calendar, and the customer record already knows about it.

Open decisions
Pricing tiers for the Nordic dealers need Rosa's call by Thursday so Sam can publish the portal table.
Nordic Cycles
Nordic Cycles opened 4 new stores in Q3. Their site lists two competitor e-MTBs at $3,299. Suggest leading with the 3-tier table.
Call went well. Ingrid wants pricing by Thursday. Follow-up task created.
Regen braking feels grabby at low speed
Known issue, fixed in firmware 2.5 RC1 (task linked). Rider is on 2.4.1 and 2 similar tickets are open. Suggest telling her the fix reaches pilot riders Wednesday.
Below about 8 km/h the regen kicks in hard and the bike lurches. Happens every ride since the last update.

Re: Nordic Cycles pricing proposal
Ingrid accepts the 3-tier structure but wants tier 2 to start at 60 units instead of 80. She needs a signed quote by Friday to hit their Q4 purchase window. Sam proposed a call Thursday 15:00 CET.
Sam, the three tiers work for us. Could tier 2 start at 60 units? With that we can commit to 120 for the launch order. We need the signed quote by Friday.
Attached is the proposal with the tiers we discussed. Happy to walk through it Thursday at 15:00 your time.

Built-in intelligence
Agents are team members, not plugins.
No third-party AI tools to wire up. Netric agents live inside your account with a name, a job description, an email address, and exactly the permissions you give them, just like everyone else. This is why we rebuilt the whole system instead of integrating with the old one: an agent can only be trusted with work when the tool it works in was designed for it.
Ask once. It plans, schedules and follows up.
Press Ctrl+N anywhere and talk to Netric AI. It knows your team, your manager, your schedule, your open tasks and your company mission, so it can create tasks with the right owners, put the kickoff on the calendar, set reminders and come back later to report.
- Creates tasks, events, reminders and follow-ups as clickable cards you can open and edit.
- Summarizes chat threads and email conversations, with a follow-up question one click away.
- Schedules its own return. Ask it to check back Friday and it will.
- Held to your permissions. Agents get the same access controls as people, so they only see what you share with them. No agent ever gets the keys to anyone's laptop.
You keep every Halcyon project moving. When a decision is made in chat or a document, turn it into a task with an owner and a due date. Watch dependencies and deadlines, and tell owners early when something is about to slip.
You research dealers, competitors and suppliers for the sales team. Look for new stores, pricing changes and product launches. Lead with what changed since last time, and say nothing if nothing did.
You triage rider and dealer tickets. Check the contact history, open tasks and recent tickets for the same symptom. If you find a match, link it and suggest a reply in a warm, plain-spoken voice.
You write for Halcyon: dealer newsletters, launch announcements and help articles. Short sentences, real numbers, no hype. Always pull facts from the latest launch plan and release notes before drafting.
Automation that can reason.
Workflows trigger on create, update, delete, daily or weekly. Chain conditions, waits, assignments, emails, webhooks and approvals. Then add a Call Agent step and let an agent read the record, decide what matters, and deliver its findings to chat, email, a note or the activity log.
- Built-in roles for General, Coach, Project Manager and Researcher, or bring your own prompt.
- Only speaks when it has something. Deliver results only when the agent reports findings.
- Set it up from chat. DM the Netric agent "every Monday, summarize open tickets" and it builds the workflow for you.
Escalate stale tickets
Call agent
Remote by design
Distance is a setting, not a barrier.
Every room shows your teammates' local time and presence. Long conversations become threads with AI summaries so the person who wakes up eight hours later gets the decision, not the scrollback. When text is not enough, start an HD call from the room or straight from a customer record, with guests joining by link.
- Async first. Threads, reactions, seen-by and summaries replace the standup.
- Live when it matters. Video, voice, screen share and an in-call chat, with automatic reconnection.
- Guests welcome. Customers and partners join calls by email link, no account required.
Engagement in the age of AI
A coach for every person. The truth for every leader.
Engagement is in crisis, and surveys were never going to fix it. Netric's Coach agents check in with each person privately every week, like a professional coach would, then turn their own insight into feedback for every level of leadership, with no personally identifiable information. No surveys and no vanity dashboards.
- Private, weekly check-ins that spot relationship problems early and carry your mission into every conversation.
- Monthly summaries for leaders with morale by team and a map of who really works together.
- Anomalies surfaced, whether a person to celebrate, a conflict to mediate, or a team to watch.

Nordic dealers want a 3-tier pricing table. Can we decide today?
Yes. Approving 3 tiers. @Atlas turn this into a task for Sam.
Created "Publish 3-tier Nordic pricing" for Sam, due Thursday, linked to this document.
